We are your heavy-fabrication partners. IPSE Industrial Solutions specializes in the custom manufacturing of high-tonnage equipment and complex metal structures based strictly on your engineering blueprints.
Our roots are forged in the most demanding environments imaginable. Founded in 2001, IPSE began by executing complete locomotive reconstructions and railway maintenance, deploying a specialized workforce of over 300 rail technicians.
As our expertise grew, so did our scale. We expanded into heavy industrial construction—building blast furnaces, hot rolling steel mills, power plants, and oxygen facilities with a dedicated workforce of over 1,100 structural experts.
Today, we channel that massive operational capability into IPSE Industrial Solutions. We combine the agility of a custom metal mechanic shop with the sheer brute force of a massive construction firm. Whether it requires heavy-duty carbon steel or highly technical stainless steel integration, we have the space and skill to execute it flawlessly.
When your projects require massive staging, mixed-metal fabrication (Carbon Steel + Stainless Steel), and rigorous testing, IPSE delivers.
Heavy-duty carbon steel fabrication and pressure-tested containment.
Precision assembly incorporating insulation, cladding, and complex SS components.
High-volume storage and structural support fabrication.
Heavy-wear, high-impact structural fabrication.
Precision steel mounting systems, pre-fitted for galvanization.
In the custom contract manufacturing industry, facility size dictates project limits. At IPSE, we have removed those limits. Our expansive operations are designed specifically for high-tonnage specialized equipment.
Operating on a sprawling 40,000 square meter (430,000+ sq. ft.) campus, our facilities allow us to dedicate entirely segregated zones for different client projects.
Our 14-building modular setup allows us to completely isolate carbon steel fabrication from stainless steel assembly, preventing cross-contamination.
Expansive yards allow for full-scale staging, mounting tests, and air-leak testing of massive silos and vessels before they ever leave our plant.
